The booking rules
1. Booking request and booking confirmation
Submitting the order form does not constitute a completed booking. The booking is considered complete when it is paid for, and you have received an email from us with a receipt and confirmation of the date and time. The company confirms the booking after sending an email with the desired date and time and receiving confirmation of payment, after which it sends an email with the receipt and confirmation of the booking.
2. Payment terms.
The company accepts payment via bank transfer or Swish. It is better to book orders at least three weeks before the event; it is possible to book a few days before the event, but the company can only accept a limited number of orders for the specified date, so it is advisable to plan ahead.
3. Preparation for the children's celebration
Place for the celebration needs to be prepared. Our characters play and dance with the children, so make sure there is enough space.
4. Number of children when booking a celebration by private person
All prices are calculated for celebrations with up to 20 children for two animators. If the number of children increases, the price may change.
5. Responsibility for children
The responsibility for their children always lies with the parents. The animators are not babysitters; children should not be left alone with them. The animators cannot take responsibility for supervising the children. An adult must always be nearby
6. VAT
For private clients, VAT is not added to the cost of attendance, as these are cultural events. If you want us to invoice the company, that’s fine, but then 25% VAT will be added, along with a billing fee of 100 Swedish kronor.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
In case of cancellation, the company retains a deposit of 1000 Swedish kronor to cover our administrative costs and preparation time. When it comes to booking, we reserve the date and time for you and decline other clients who wish to book the same date and time. On weekends, we have a limited number of available spots, so we charge a cancellation fee of 1000 Swedish kronor, which is non-refundable. Rescheduling can be done for free, but not all dates may be available. Rescheduling due to illness can be done on the day of the children's celebration with a doctor's note. Company cancellation policy. If the company cancels the booking more than 6 weeks in advance, we do not charge a cancellation fee. If canceled less than 6 weeks in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order amount will be charged. In case of cancellation less than a week before, an invoice for the full cost of the order will be sent.
8. Change of dates or times for booking
As we plan the schedule for our artists, it is important for the client to provide the correct date, time, and address. The client cannot change the date, time, or address. Adjustments to the children's celebration/event may affect the schedule of other clients. Therefore, we do not have the ability to change the time and address, especially if changes occur a couple of days before the party/event
